For IP studios and companies
We turn your script, characters or concept into an interactive audio story. Children play it in the aventu app and on library tablets. You see which choices they make, where they stay and where they lose interest, before you commit a production budget.
Decision 2 · Who goes into the cave?
Listeners over story time
Why test with aventu
Decisions about children's stories, characters and products are usually made by adults. Children only see the result after the money is spent. Audio is quick and affordable to produce, so a story can reach real listeners early, and a second version can follow within days.
Real children, playing at home and in public libraries
Their choices are counted, not guessed by a panel of adults
Two versions of a story can run side by side for comparison
How it works
1
You share the script, characters or concept, and the questions you want answered.
2
We produce it as an interactive audio story with voices and music, with decision points placed where your questions are.
3
The story is released in the aventu app and on library tablets, in English, German or Spanish. Children play it like any other aventu story.
4
You get the choice split at every decision, drop-off along the story, completion, version comparison and a written summary.
What you can test
01
Which character do children follow, help or side with?
02
Where does attention hold, and where does it fade?
03
What do children want to happen next, and how do they want it to end?
04
Two openings, two names, two songs. Run both and compare.
Who it is for
Test a script, a world or a new character before animation starts.
Find out which titles and series to develop next, and which stories to adapt.
Hear how children respond to a character or concept inside a story.
Children's privacy
Results are only useful if families and libraries trust us. These rules apply to every story, including yours.
Each listen is a separate session. We do not know who the child is, and we do not link sessions together.
Speech is recognised on the phone or tablet. No audio or transcript is stored or sent.
Reports show groups of children, never individuals. Small samples are marked as uncertain.
Parents and librarians know that anonymous choices, counted together, help authors improve stories.
In development
Simulation before release. We are building models trained on real sessions that estimate how children will respond to a new story before it is published.
What do we need to send you?
A script, a set of characters or a concept, and the questions you want answered. We turn it into an interactive audio story and place the decision points where your questions are.
Who are the children in the test?
Children who already listen to aventu at home and on library tablets. They play your story like any other aventu story.
What is in the report?
The choice split at every decision, drop-off along the story, completion, a comparison between versions and a written summary. Results describe groups of children, never individuals.
Can we compare two versions?
Yes. Two versions can run side by side, for example two openings, two names or two songs.
How do you protect children's privacy?
Every listen is an anonymous session: no accounts, no profiles, and sessions are not linked. Speech is recognised on the device and no audio or transcript is stored or sent. Small samples are marked as uncertain in the report.
Which languages can a test run in?
English, German or Spanish.
Tell us what you are developing and what you need to know. We will tell you what a test can answer.
